today was another full day with grandparents. we began the day by a surprise visit by a close friend from college. she was one of my bridesmaid from my wedding. I hadn't seen her since my wedding. So it was so good to see her again! Then after she left we headed out to a petting zoo. The kids had so much fun petting the animals. I think andrew enjoyed it the most! Then we went near the lake for a picnic. After coming home and playing in the yard the kids were exhausted and took a 2 hr nap :) mommy liked that :) Then after dinner we went letterboxing. Even my dad got into it and enjoyed looking for the boxes :) Found 3 ticks on Madison though and she was made it so hard to get them off with all her screaming and yelling....such a girl....
anyway, had a fun day. and the best part is that daddy is coming and picking us up tomorrow! can't wait to see him!
